Our vinyasa class offers a system of yoga in which the breath is coordinated with the movement, and the movements or postures are linked together in a continuous flow. The system is known for its strong yet fluid approach to yoga, in which strength, agility and flexibility are developed with continued practice.
Our yin class offers the practice of letting go. It is inspired by gentleness and designed to bypass the muscular tissue and target the connective tissues: ligaments, tendons, and fascia, to improve flexibility and increase circulation in the joints.
Classes are $5 or a 10 class pass for $45. Yoga classes are free for Undisputed members on a class-type membership.

In our training, you can expect to be educated in the philosophies and ethics of yoga; be able to teach a strong, customized and safe vinyasa class; expand knowledge of anatomy, physiology and their application to yoga instruction and practice; plant the seeds of deepened listening and communication skills; and develop a strong meditation practice as provided by master yoga instructor Dave Hernandez (E-RYT 500).
Training is an intensive 10 week program in order to encourage a fast paced immersion into the world of yoga and to create a strong sense of community with fellow classmates and instructors. All trainings are compliant with the Yoga Alliance and will grant graduates with a 200 hour registered yoga instructor certificate.
Dave has been teaching since 2011 and is currently a 500 hour RYT and a certified massage therapist. Whether it’s Hatha Yoga,
restorative techniques or meditation, his teachings reflect a lighthearted approach towards observing our physical limitations with a mind balanced with awareness and calmness.
Nychole found appreciation for yoga a few years back after sustaining a running injury. She practiced yoga consistently and was able to be restored both physically and to her discovery, spiritually. She decided to deepen her appreciation for yoga by completing the RYT 200 certification through Session School of Yoga in 2014 and is now a registered member of the Yoga Alliance. At the end of RYT certification Nychole left corporate life to follow her passion and to help others through the power of yoga. Her classes are designed to help fellow students explore their own potential by guiding them through powerful, playful, and mindful sequences. Nothing makes Nychole happier than seeing a class full of sweaty and smiling yogis.
Prompted by a desire for significant life change, Jessica began practicing yoga regularly at the age of 20. As her practice developed, so did her desire to share the benefits of yoga with others. In 2015 she graduated from a 200 hour teacher training program and soon after began guiding others through their time on their mats. She hopes to create an upbeat and welcoming environment where people can feel comfortable exploring their own practice and pushing past any personal limitations they may have set for themselves. Her classes are marked by a desire not only to teach others, but also to learn from them. Jessica’s interests outside of yoga include cats, traveling and talking about herself in third person.
Shiloh has practiced on and off since 2005, but started seeing the benefits of a regular practice in 2012 to get grounded and combat the stress of grad school. She grew to love the practice so much that she decided to undertake her 200-hour teacher training at Undisputed Yoga under Dave Hernandez. Her goal is to bring you to your edge with a smile on your face and to face it with calm and equanimity.
Alexsey fell in love with yoga with his first class at 4th Avenue Yoga, and hasn’t stopped going since. After six years of consistent practice, he went and received his 200 hour teacher training from the Devotional School of Yoga, Belize, under the tutelage of Kali Kennedy. Interested in active meditation through a powerful asana practice, he is excited to help others build strength both externally and internally!
